Thank you for shopping at Blue Light and choosing our blue light blocker glasses. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review the following policy to understand how returns and refunds are handled.
1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
2. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return process.
3. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
4. Refunds
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
5. Exceptions
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
